FOR APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT LIVE, WORK, WORSHIP, OR ATTEND SCHOOL WITHIN COCHISE COUNTY, A $20.00 DONATION TO A PRE APPROVED PROGRAM THAT WORKS TO ALLEVIATE POVERTY WITHIN COCHISE COUNTY WILL BE REQUIRED.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:
When you open and account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

Additionally, if you request a checking or money market account type or any account services submission of this application is your authorization to review your debit and credit bureau. We will contact you orally or in writing if there are circumstances prohibiting us from opening those accounts or providing you those services.
