Membership Applications

For membership application - review our membership requirements under our About Us page and if eligible, you can:

Go to our secure on-line application and complete the form and it will be securely delivered to us.

Or, you can go to our Forms page, print out the membership application form, complete the document and have your signature notarized. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THE FORM, AS EMAIL IN GENERAL IS NOT SECURE. Send or bring the application in, with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued photographic identification containing your signature along with a check for your opening deposit.

We will attempt to verify your identity given the information you provide and conduct the necessary regulatory searches. Once approved we will mail your account disclosures and you too can enjoy our services!

Loan Applications

For loan applications visit the Homebanking website available through the homebanking link on the main menu.

Auto Loans

For auto loans you may apply through us at any dealer in the State of Arizona, provided you meet our membership requirements.

Mortgage Loans

For conventional first mortgages contact our mortgage underwriters - Center One Mortgage. They will take the application, and work with you to close the loan and service the loan, while we will fund the loan. The loan stays local, but we outsource servicing.
